Austin Star ads run as Promoted cards. Buying an ad is not an endorsement and is not a news story. Pay never buys editorial, Scout cards, or Add-your-site.

We may refuse, delay, or take down any ad for any reason, including our kill-list and whether it fits the Austin–Round Rock–San Marcos metro.

You warrant that you have the rights to the creative you send and that it is lawful. You indemnify Austin Star and the operator from claims, including claims that come from the ad content.

We do not guarantee impressions, subscribers, or sales.

To the extent Texas law allows, our liability for an insertion is limited to the amount paid for that insertion.

Texas law applies. Venue is Travis County, Texas.
